Second 2005 Planning Meeting: On
Saturday, October 30, there was a planning meeting at Bruegger's Bagel Bakery
on Merriman Road. Discussions included the state time trial (George), TOP program,
uniforms, sponsors, winter training, RATL, 2005 officers, and even a new name for

SFW Annual Banquet: Our annual banquet will be held at 6:00 pm Friday, January 14, 2005. We will once again meet at Papa Joe's, although in a bigger room than last year. The restaurant is located at the intersection of Akron Peninsula Road and Portage Trail. All members and families are welcome. Hors d'oeuvres will be provided and you can order from the menu. TOP awards will be presented, and, as usual, you can expect to be amused by various forms of entertainment! Summit Freewheelers name under review!

more 2005 Indoor Training SeriesJust in time to help you recover from holiday binging! The dates for this year's indoor training are the three Saturdays Jan 15, Jan 29, and Feb 12. We'll start setting up at 9:00 am and go to about 11:30, or as long as you can stand it. The location is the same as last year, thanks to Steve and the generosity of the Cuyahoga Falls FOP Lodge. The lodge is located on the SE corner of Springdale Road and Hudson Drive. Don't forget to bring a fan and extension cord! |
