Announcing the 2006 Indoor Training Sessions!
Mark your calendars for two separate days of good times and excitement...well, nah, not really. But, hey, if you can't have good times and excitement then why not ride and indoor trainer for an hour or hour and a half?
Again this winter, with the gracious support of Steve Guldeman and the Cuyahoga Falls FOP, the Summit Freewheelers will be holding two indoor training sessions on February 4 and 11 from 9:30 am 'till 11:30 am. Now we know that it's not like you haven't already been riding the trainer but for these two days you can get together with your cycling homies and suffer en masse. We'll have video workouts and some drills to workout to if you like or just do your own thing. It's just easier to motivate yourself for an indoor ride when you can get together with other like minded lunatics...and all this is absolutely FREE!
The location is at the Cuyahoga Falls FOP lodge on the SE corner of Hudson Drive and Springdale Roads in Stow, Ohio. Map below.
If the weather is exceptionally nice then some if not all may choose to ride outside.
