Hey club members, it's getting close to the annual Summit Freewheeler 2005 year end banquet! This year's festivities will be held on January 13 from 6:00PM to about 9:30PM.
This year, instead of the usual restaurant venue, we will be using the November Lodge conference facility at the Cuyahoga Valley National Park Association's "Environmental Education Center" (3675 Oak Hill Road, Peninsula, Ohio 44264). This beautiful venue is located just north of the top of "the" hill on Oak Hill Road in the valley. You may have ridden right by it many times already, but due to your anaerobic haze, you've never seen it.
We plan to mingle from 6:00PM to 7:00PM, buffet dinner at 7:00PM, with awards and program starting at 8:00PM.

Cost per club member is $20.00 which includes appetizer, buffet dinner, dessert, non-alcoholic beverages (please, no byob), as well as the much anticipated entertainment program and awards. A few surprises await as well.

Since the club must pay for this deal up front, we ask that you RSVP (ony if you are coming) no later than December 28. Everyone can pay at the banquet but we need the RSVP's as soon as you can get them to us....and don't forget to let us know how many are in your party. While there is no 'official' limit on the number of guests a club member can bring, we ask that you let us know if you plan on bringing 3 or more guests.
