2004 Uniform Reimbursement

Purpose

To encourage and reward members of all ability levels to participate in bicycle races as a member of the Summit Freewheelers.

Eligibility

The 2004 uniform reimbursement program is open to all Freewheeler members. Members can receive reimbursement for team uniform clothing they have purchased based on their participation in races.

Qualifications

All races done from January 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004 will qualify. Members must wear a Freewheeler jersey and race as a Freewheeler member. Reimbursement cannot exceed the amount the individual spent on clothing.

Reimbursement Schedule

Allied Decals Cycling Team (Cat 2/3)	$85.00	Upon acceptance to team
Club members—Men	$40.00	Upon completion of any 18 races*
Club members—Women	$40.00	Upon completion of any 14 races*
*Includes any organized bicycle race (USCF, ABR, citizen, or other). Includes cyclocross, mountain bike races, triathlons or duathlons. Also includes volunteering at SFW races. Not included: tours or rides.

Requirements

• To receive reimbursement you must submit your races to the points system.
• Once you have reached your reimbursement level, it is your responsibility to email Joanne Liolios that your reimbursement is due. She will then mail you a check.

Remember, this program is intended to help motivate and reward members who race. We have tried to make it fair to all members. Let's make it a positive experience for all who want to take advantage of this benefit. If you have suggestions about how to make it better, relay them to Ted Ingraham so we can improve the program for next year.
