Thanks Becky and Freewheelers

9/23/02 by Charles Howe

Becky, thanks for your kind words, which are much appreciated. I actually did less for you than other promoters, though I you are extra-appreciative.

In turn, I would like to commend you as among the most cooperative, conscientious, thoughtful, and capable of promoters, which made working with you very gratifying. Your attitude is a large part of what secured the support of the club, which was excellent, as usual.

OK, now the love-fest is over, as you will find out the next time I see you tooling around at a race w/o helmet, over the centerline, etc.! :-)

Thanks to the Freewheelers

5/31/02 by Brian Batke

I'd like to thank Ted and the Freewheelers for putting the criterium together, and for helping to make the criterium & road race an "event". I think each race benefitted from the other.

Ultimately, the entire racing community benefitted from our cooperation, as we had the largest turnout for an area race in many years. It's an entirely different atmosphere when you are racing against deeper competition and larger fields, and that helps to make you a better racer.

I can only imagine what it takes to put on a race like that and I appreciate all of the hard work people put into it.

Thanks to all who contributed!!!

The clinic will be at the Cuyahoga Falls Police Lodge at 3963 Hudson Drive, which is at the corner of Hudson and Springdale, just south of the Hudson Drive–Allen Road–Steels Corners intersection.
